Before we can get going and start working on design requests, please download the Welcome Pack and Brand Questionnaire.
The Welcome Pack includes all the ins and outs of how we’ll work together, how and where to submit your requests and what details I’ll need before I can get to work.
The Brand Questionnaire aims to capture all the information I need to get to know your brand(s) inside out. Please complete this at least 2 working days before our booked Onboarding Call so I have the opportunity to read through and work out whether there is any additional information needed. It will also contain a list of brand assets that would be useful for me to have and where to upload them.

If you can’t make time for a few weeks, don’t worry we can roll your requests from this month into the next month or two. We’ll discuss this on your call to find out what works for you best.
